The cultural center includes:
- A library with a capacity of 22,000 documents.
It consists of three multimedia spaces with computer stations and CD-DVD shelves and three entertainment rooms with listening terminals and projection rooms.
- A 400-seat amphitheater performance hall.
- Development of the Parvis des Arts outside.
- A semi-underground public parking lot for 110 cars.
The cultural center is arranged in a manner that centers around a shared central atrium, offering views of a newly planted plot. The fully glazed north facade boasts a continuous supply of natural light. The media library, with its light and steel framework, benefits from the abundant natural light available on the site. Energy management is made optimal through the utilization of a heat pump.
