Building a smart campus in a tropical environment is one of the key elements. The flexible integration of exchanges and rapid internal movements (between blocks and buildings) is highly promoted via the internal centralized axis. Meanwhile, the existing landscape assets are preserved and took advantage of: groves, streams and standing rock, by organizing buildings to accepts the most proximity to green landscape and natural resources.
