DE-SO Asia won the Ho Chi Minh Memorial International Competition in 2019.
The agency completed with UDI 1/500 of the project accepted by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in 2022. In January 2024 the agency was commissioned by T&T to initiate the architectural studies of the project
