The project is an installation for the XXI century, using a variety of lighting and spatial devices. It is an architectural installation that operates like a camera capturing the daytime or nighttime atmosphere. It opens up a powerful horizon line from the city towards the rising sun and facing the forests of vertical and iconic towers of the city at sunset. The body of this architectural arrangement sparkles with light when the sun rises and reflects light on the celestial dome. As a complement, the multi-purpose esplanade, located along the quay at the foot of the memorial, proposes a lively and dynamic space.
