The head office of CTG in HCM city is an office building located on the airport road on a small plot of 420m² very visible with a small thickness of 15m. only. The 12-storey building has a facade with solar protecti on suitable for interior office use in tropical climates (either in the form of horizontal sun shades, or in the form of large canopies when there is transparent full-height glazing per level).
The specificities of the building is the formal aspect which follows the urban regulati ons of the city. On the ground fl oor and on the first level are the exhibition spaces of the company. On the top floors are the management offices. The facade and its color reflect the company logo. The building is designed in concrete with 2 basement levels, its facade in glass and anodized aluminum. The principle is to highlight the ceilings and visually increase the depth eff ects of the building from the street.
