The construction of private house has started this year 2025. The House have 7 levels; Offices are at the 3 first levels and the family’s living spaces are located on the upper floors, surrounded with natural lights from the central void and terraces. At the latest levels are located the family house with privacy views and light. The material pallet consists of minerals elements as well as natural surfaces like wood, creating a well-balanced and luxurious atmosphere overall. Solar protection with verticals louvers on the street, protected the views from outside to inside.
The topmost levels offer elevated privacy and panoramic views, making them a quiet sanctuary for the family above the urban rhythm.
A refined palette of materials – combining mineral textures with warm natural wood – establishes a sense of elegance and harmony.
To ensure privacy and comfort, vertical louvers on the street-facing façade provide solar shading while subtly shielding the interior from outside view.
