Architecture Viet Nam
Political administrative city & conference hall
Dong Nai Vietnam
An ecological park enhanced by its green surroundings.
A green lung in the city center. This project is a magnificent tool that allows the city to
demonstrate its high ambition for urban quality. It is attentive to ecology, sustainable
development, and biodiversity.
A project that expands the administrative center and the convention center.
The landscape links the park and the Dong Nai River, a powerful and exemplary ecological
continuity.
The building and its composition affirm the power of the
administrative center, its anchoring to the ground, to the
territory.
Its attractive horizontal shape is recognizable, uniquely
identifying with the usual vertical silhouettes of towers.
The building uses the reflections and vibrations of the sky on its
metallic filter facade, fading away and becoming transparent
at higher elevations. It is anchored to the ground, organizing
planted terraces in the continuity of the park.
The composition of the administrative center is classical,
ordered as have always been the case with large public or
religious buildings in all countries of the world.
The architecture is contemporary, ecological in a tropical
environment, attentive to the climate.
